Hello 2018! How I Plan on Organizing My Life in the New Year
Hello & Happy New Year!
Hope all of you had a great holiday. If you are new to my blog- welcome! It's exciting to have you here and if you have been a long time reader you may have noticed some changes. I've been wanting to change up my blog for a couple of years now but I never got around to do it. So with the help of my friend I was able to get this new layout up and running. I hope you are as excited as I am about the new content that's coming.
This is a post that I've been wanting and waiting to do. I actually got my planners a few months ago but I left it in a box and didn't touch it until Christmas as a present to myself.
Last year, I had talked about using the Shinola Detroit as a Bullet Journal which was good for about 3 months and then I completely transitioned to the Leuchttreum until I realized combining the formats just wasn't working for me. The main issue is that I tend to want to use the Bullet Journal format for blog planning and lists while I want to use a regular planner for work. I also really loved decorating my Bullet Journal but it felt odd carrying it into meetings with all my fun stickers.
This year I decided to splurge and get the Leuchttreum as my Bullet Journal and go back to the Shinola Detroit as my main planner. In the Bullet Journal I will have mostly trackers and lists for my blog and my Shinola planner will have everything else. I do like the rapid logging and legends that's in the Bullet Journal method and will continue to do that. The only difference this year is that I got the 12 month Shinola Runwell planner instead of the 18 month.
There's a tab just for Bullet Journal up above and throughout the year I will update the tab with information including tools and stationary I use. As always, thanks for reading!
Until next time,
Jessica
